Shipping Policy

While we're a small shop, we strive to get orders out as soon as possible. From the time an order is placed, it typically takes 5-8 business days for it to be shipped. Please note that our customized products may require additional processing time, as each item is made to order. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to create a unique hat for your pets.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to confirm that it can be accommodated.

Returns & Exchange Policy

At Hats and Paws, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 15 days of receipt. To request a return or exchange, please contact us at support@hatsandpaws.com with your order number and the reason for the request. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.​

Please note that all customized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. In the case of damaged or defective customized products, we will either offer a replacement or a full refund, at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of customized products that do not meet the above criteria or that show evidence of wear and tear.
